Question Gpu usage goes to 0 on Uncharted 4

Hi guys,
So, My PC does this while playing Uncharted 4. After a while the gpu usage will go to 0, and stays there. The game becomes very laggy and unresponsive and the radeon metrics overlay (where we see FPS, gpu usage, etc) keeps blinking. It only goes back to normal if I restart the game. I've tried reinstalling the gpu driver, it still doesn't fix it. This doesn't happen on any other games. Hoping for a fix here. Thanks.

PC specs:
Ryzen 3 3200g,
Sapphire nitro RX 470,
2*4 2666mhz ram,
Corsair CX 550M PSU

I will try those, don't think it will work though, there's comments saying they tried all of those still doesn't fix the game issues.

Visit game's official forums and look if there are some fixes for that. Might even want to contact developer and ask them directly.
