GPU usage going up and down

My GPU usage is going up and down(from which fps drops as well) depending on the area/location/player position in-game, here is some screens:

i have the same issue in dayz and many other games i can't think of right now.

My system: Gigabyte B85M-D2V | Intel Xeon E3-1231v3 | Kingston hyperX 8GB | XFX R9 290 | CM G650M

Not an issue thats what they do, the spikes could be from the game loading or a less demanding area that doesn't need 100% of the gpu or many other factors. Dont worry thats normal my gpu usage graph looks exactly the same.

Yea but when gpu usage goes down the fps also goes down and when its up the fps is high too.
