Pc Specs -
GPU - RTX 2080 Ti
MOTHERBOARD - B450 Aorus Elite
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
RAM - 16GB DDR4
each time i try to open a game or do basicly anything on my computer i get a black screen i hear a windows sound from disconnect right after reconnect and the screen is back to normal just that the game/chrome that im using crashed, after checking msi afterburner i saw that GPU memory clock going to max and Core clock spiking up aswell.
is this causing the the crash?
