This is gonna be a long one so bear with me. When I play games I am not getting near 100% on any games. Mainly ark. When the usage drops my game gets a sudden hitch. I had a gtx 1660ti that I thought was the issue so I upgraded to a 2070 with a r5 2600 16gb 3200mhz and same exact issue. So I then plug my friends rx580 in my pc and 100% usage all the time no hitches or anything. I’m just so confused as to what to do next. I’ve set power Management to high I’ve turned off link state power management and I’ve uninstalled drivers using ddu. I’ve even uninstalled windows and played games with no software installed so I know it’s not software related. Any help would be greatly appreciated
