GPU usage on 2%~ all the time

For some reason my GPU is constantly in use..
Process explorer show that csrss and dwm are the only process that using the GPU

How can I find out what program is calling dwm or csrss?
And how can I fix it?

Nope, Nothing, I'm currently using the most basic theme possible...

Almost everything has some gpu acceleration now days.

Even a web browser uses the gpu on most setups.

at 2%, I would not worry. My 650ti averages 3-4 percent when just sitting here with MSI afterburner open(I have dual screens so it may effect it a bit too). I also average about 19-20 percent moving a program side to side non stop. In the old days that would hit the cpu instead and the video card is WAY more suited to dealing with this kind of thing.

Also remember this is 2% of the cards lowest clock speed.

The first bit is the tools tips in afterburner. The next 2 are moving a program fast side to side(Winamp if it matters). The next bit is loading web pages and the last high spot is scrolling up and down non stop on the main Tom's Hardware page. Notice the video card does not even have to clock up.
