Question GPU usage showing spikes

Hi ,
I have bought a new rx 570 . and while playing games like pubg i am getting uneven gpu usage. Iike 100% then 97% then 50% then 9 % and then again 100%(recorded every second) Is this a normal behaviour? I am not experiencing any fps drops.

GPU and CPU usage can jump around pretty radically.
I think you will find that some games jump more than others.
It also depends on what part of the game you are in.
If your FPS is stable I wouldn't be concerned.
