Question GPU Usage spikes from 0-100% while playing

When I'm playing Valorant, my gpu usage will spike from 0-100 and average around 50% util while playing. My gpu is an Rx 570 4gb paired with a Ryzen 1600. I have 2x8 3000hz ram sticks. My PSU is an EVGA 650Bq 80+ Bronze. I notice my wattage will stay around 60w, even though I have seen benchmarks doubling that while playing Valorant. Have you tried dusting the GPU? You could also try a re-paste because it seems like the GPU is running hotter than it should be.
