I don't understand why, but my GPU usage keeps spiking from 0 to 100 real quick, and I know this isn't normal, System build: R9 390, i5 4590, and an ultra x4 750w power supply. I have the latest driver and I have two power connectors coming from my power supply to my system compared to before where i had one with no difference. I will link some screenshots: Gaming screenshot: https://gyazo.com/2b1be58886ef310dfb518fb707032749.

Solution
its a hard ware monitoring bug had the same issue just enable unified gpu monitoring in msi after burner and it will show a more acurate usage
I'm pretty sure this is normal for most of the time, unless this happens when you play video games and it still could be normal as long as you're getting a lot of fps.

Idle is definitely normal

I wish i knew this before as i had a whole RMA process filed out and the upc was cut off due to a rebate so newegg was like <<edited>>, and i shipped it out just before i figured that out so now ive been without a graphics card for like 3 weeks now and it sucks, anyone reading this thread don't be stupid like me.
