[SOLVED] GPU usage spikes to 100 huge fps stutters

I have a Radeon rx 570 and when tabbing in and out of a game my GPU usage spikes to 100 and back down and my FPS takes a huge hit and causes it to stutter a lot for about 30 seconds after, No spikes on cpu, drives any ideas on how to fix this?

tabbing out of the game might be causing quite a bit of havoc as it restarts and resyncs you./your game..

If play is fine during game except for after a tabout/restart/resync, ...I'd consider avoiding simply tabbing out....

It started happening when I tab in and out of discord as well. I monitored somethings and here is what happens GPU usage 100 memory clock drops from a consistent 1000 to 300 aswell as FB usage spiking to 98 does this have anything to do with it?

get the driver 20.10.1 or better those spikes went away for me
