Question GPU usage spiking from 0-100%

RX 460
8gb 2666mhz

When im playing my GPU usage Spikes from 0-100 mainly below 70%
While my CPU usage is 90-100%
What could be the problem here?
Also is RX 570 a good upgrade gpu ?

"What could be the problem here? ", whole system is problem for some "Heavy" games, CPU and GPU can be considered as "Entry level". Less than 16GB of RAM doesn't help either.
Rx 570 may help a bit with GPU heavy games and make it less of a bottleneck but to make full use of it better CPU and more/faster RAM would help even more.

Well it's pretty obvious with those percentages no matter what you play. What you can di for now is to make sure there's minimum of processes running in the background and eventually lower resolution and details in games.
