Question GPU utilization on 90% when starting a game and playing it, leaves me with 10-15 fps (My GPU is RTX 3070)

Don't use your GPU for something else when starting a game.
(Don't use pirated games that run bitcoin miners while the game runs)

I have nothing more open than the games I play and discord, incase I would have anything open, how do I make it so my gpu dont get used for them?
