I have a R9 290 GPU and a I7 2600 CPU

Today I had the idea to use the graphics unit from my cpu for watching youtube videos and internet browsing, because when I use my R9 for that it gets at 900 MHz clock speed and 55°C.

When I only use the Intel CPU graphics unit my R9 gpu has 0 Mhz Core Clock and 0 Mhz Memory Clock but the Voltage is always at 11,75 V and VDDC (rly dont know what that is) is at 0.984 V.

Could now somebody tell me if thats ok or is the Voltage damaging my card at 0 MHz clockspeed?

And what is this Voltage stuff all about?

THX for answers and SRY for maybe bad english.

There's no problem here, the GPU is just underclocking itself to save power when your Intel GPU takes over. The voltage isn't an issue at all, it's just keeping the GPU powered on enough so it can start processing again quickly when it is needed.
