[SOLVED] GPU VOLTAGE DROPS

My gpu drops voltage to 10v .i cant play games if i dont downclock gpu by 500mhz . i want to know is it my psu or gpu causing this ?

Tally up the wattage requirements for all installed components. Add 25%.

How close is that final value to 630 watts?
