My Build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/NewVoid/saved/4yKgsY

This will be my first gaming PC and I want to OC. I know all listed in the question can OC but what is worth it? I have a feeling its the CPU and GPU and maybe the monitor but what are the benefits of each and what should I go with? Also, how do I go about updating the motherboards BIOS?

Thank you.

You can't oc that cpu on a b150 board you need a z170 board. Also a hyper 212 or cryorig h7 is more than good enough to push that i5 to 4.5ghz (where most of them stop). You don't need thermal paste as every cooler comes with it.
You also might not want to mix red and green colors in your pc that doesn't look good.

Thanks, I have edited everything to be white and added RGB lighting (will set to white).

That looks so much better. Also why did you not get a 7600k? Granted there is like no difference between the two.

No, I got the 6600K: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/P7vLnn (I opted for the liquid cooled just because every time I see a YouTube video they all make them look so darn good!)

I'm no big fan of liquid cooling as most pumps give out after 4-5 years. However feel fro to go for it but when you notice your temps rising and the pc is clean of dust and it's just normal ambient tempratre it might indicate a failing pump.

Ah, so I will be committed to 4-5 year replacements? The thing I worry about is a fan cooler will completely cover up the motherboard.

It's completly up to you to decide if you want an air cooler or a water cooler.
