Hi I was wondering since the gpu's like asus zotac and some other retailers say that the warranty is non transferable If i had a receipt would that still be covered since u have proof of buying it. Almost a way around the transferable warranty.

Solution
It depends on the manufacturer. I have RMA'd an Asus GPU that I bought on eBay before the manufacturer warranty ran out. They didn't ask for a receipt.

EVGA has transferable warranty and the receipt is not required. They go buy the serial number which includes the manufacture date. It's typically two years. But not all manufacturers do that, and I think I might have gotten lucky with Asus.

Having the receipt is not a 100% way around non transference.

Original email address, credit card, Amazon/Newegg account, etc, etc. All of which are not "you".
