GPU Water Cooling.

I have an ATI Sapphire Radeon 7950 3gb vapor-x edition graphics card that I want to water cool. I already have a great non stock cpu fan cooler. I mine crypto currencies and I would like to have my room not so loud all the time. I don't care about the heat, just the noise. Please took at the parts and tell me what I should and shouldn't get. Also please keep the parts to only one company unless you know for sure they are compatible because you have them.
I am going with the following parts:
Radiator 2: AlphaCool NexXxoS XT 45 240mm - $58
Pump: AlphaCool D5 with Top - $115
Fans: ?
GPU: ?
Fittings: ?
Tube: PrimoChill 1/2ID-3/4OD - $25
Pump Bracket: AlphaCool Fan Bracket Mount - $20
Fluid: Distilled Water with PT Nuke - $8

Need to it be around $200 but it is at $400 I got these parts from a tut.

I am assuming you want to go custom water cooling and not pre-built?

There are some very good pre build GPU water block coolers that do a very good job at cooling,
