I accidentally spilled tea on my GPU and didn't notice until 3 days later... It was working fine until now..

It's a Sapphire Nitro R9 360 Card
When I turn on the computer with it the computer stays on for a while and then the fan starts running wild

Need help ASAP... Do I have to replace my GPU

Solution
Very poorly worded Samer.....
Remove the cooler and clean it with alcohol wipes, making sure to stay away from vital components such as the VRAM modules and chip.
Get a can of pressurized air just to try and blow off any excess liquid that may be on the PCB.
If your GPU fans are spinning up very loudly, take a look at the actual cooler itself and give that a wipe down.
That's the most you can do really.

:)

I dont assume people dont know all this until they ask :)

btw , Alcohol wont hurt the VRAM .. it will dry up ..

Well it wasn't a lot.. The tea was on the board of the VGA and there was a little in the thing that you put into the slot (bottom) too... The fan works when I start my PC but after a while I get a red light and it beeps..

I cleaned it with water and allowed it to dry.. Not cleaned the motherboard yet

Yes, regardless there will be moisture present for albeit a small amount of time, and it can have potentially damaging effects if you say viciously rub the VRAM modules with your fresh alcohol wipe! xD
Not necessary anyway, as it has a slight outer coating preventing severe moisture damage, although if OP wants he can make a decision whether he thinks it is a process he wants to undergo! :)
According to your wording it would be time to whip out the vodka and pour it all over the graphics card! ^.^

Red light on the motherboard is it?
So are you saying liquid got into the PCIE slots of the board?
Get a can of pressurized air, and if you can, remove the motherboard and hold it upside down in order to try to get rid of any liquid present.
The VGA should be perfectly fine.
What is your motherboard model?

Eh.. I've got a new problem here...
The card seems to be working now but the slot doesn't...

I tried 3 different VGA cards and I get te same problem now
The fans all run and I'm sure that my PC is working too because I can log in without looking

The picture isn't appearing.. I tried with different hdmi cables
The display appears when I connect to the integrated GPU but not when I connect a card to the VGA slot... Any way to fix this or clean it? It's most probably because of this damn tea

Actually , you can dip the whole card in Alcohol then take it out to dry and no harm will be done. ofc after taking it apart.

1) Please confirm the iGPU has no graphical issues?

2) Do you have another PCIE x16 slot you can use?

The slot should look physically identical but may be a different color. Just shut down the PC and attach to it. It should not affect performance. Occasionally you may have to change BIOS settings if the card is not detected.

3) You can clean the PCIe connector but I'd avoid that for now if you can use another slot.

I'm no expert but maybe try this:
a) new toothbrush, and appropriate alcohol (i.e. isopropyl 90%)
b) shut down PC and clean
c) look closely to see if any metal connectors look bent.

That process is for an iPhone, and is very specific as to what parts are dipped in alcohol.
The whole thing would just die if a graphics card was fully submerged in water, don't do it!
Alcohol is liquid, although it may be a quite dry liquid, it is a liquid nonetheless. It will still damage the card.

This is not water ... this is alcohol and no it will not die ... we do this in Electronics all the time . you dont connect it until it dries off .

and btw , he dipped the main CPU , MOBO and RAM of the iphone ... thats the main board and more sensitive ...

Seriously?!
Well, today I learned. :)
Surely it would remove any adhesive though.... that could be a problem.

ofc must take it apart first and remove the adhesive before cleaning .

Also the fans should not be dipped ... only the board
