GPU wild fluctuations while gaming

When i was playing (csgo) i was having random lag spikes. Sometimes freezing for a few moment and other time juddering. I took a look at my GPU and was surprised to see the usage graph and was first wondering is this normal for my GPU and how can i fix/(whats causing) these random lag spikes.

GPU: R9 380 nitro 4GB
CPU: FX 6300 w/Hyper 212 evo
2x8gb ram

Drivers have also been updated and didnt help, i am very poor with tech knowledge so tell me if you need and more info and go easy on me haha, any help would be appreciated thanks.

What is the CPU usage when this problem is happening?

If your CPU usage is near or at 100% then your problem is a CPU that is too weak.

CPU is fine while in game, no over heating stays about 30 degrees, fx 6300 can handle it fine.

I didn't ask about CPU temperature.

I'm asking about what the CPU processing load is when the problem is occurring.
