Question GPU with and without Hardware Acceleration

I have facing this problem:

If I disable Hardware Acceleration in MS word apps and also do not use my gpu in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.. It works fine

But if I use gpu in all of above apps then I get blue screen and my pc gets restarted.

The question is that is it normal behavior? or my gpu is faulty? ?

So download whocrashed and enable dumps, then when a bsod occurs, open it up and click "analyze", then post here the report

I have windows 10 1909 and whocrashed is unable to detect the cause of crash, also i don't get any error message in event viewer while in windows 10 1703 version i was getting this error ''display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered'' but system was not restarting in that version of windows it was only giving blue screen for few seconds.
