Hi there!

I have this problem were the GPU clock (core) wont go all the way down after i close a game. It takes a long time to downclock to 139 Mhz, then for some reason it bounces up to 600 mhz without me doing anything other than browsing the web.

Then sometimes when it gets to 139Mhz, something happens and it goes up to 1500Mhz/8000Mhz. (I have not done anything else other than watching the same youtube video).

The problem with this is that my temp goes down very slowly, or sometimes does not go down at all until the clocks hit 139Mhz.

Things i have tested so far is:
Updated the drivers
Changed to adaptive from maximum performance in NCP

Anyone have a clue on what is going on?
I appreciate all the help, thank you!

Solution
what is the temp range? why is this a problem? are you experiencing some sort of performance issue? the clocks bounce up and down all the time, they're supposed to. move your mouse, open a web page, youtube... clocks are gonna bounce

Oh, i was not aware of that. I thought they stayed at the same clock until i started a game or did some heavy task. Thanks for clearing this up!
