[SOLVED] GPU won't fit into my motherboard PCIe slot

So, as per my last thread I recently obtained a new GPU from a friend. I am switching from a GTX 1050 mini from ZOTAC to a 1050ti GAMING X . Now the problem is, the 1050ti won't fit into my PCIe slot. More precisely, the smaller, front part won't fit, while the back part fits normally. I used a bit of force , and nothing seems to budge.
I appreciate all answers. I can provide images, if needed.

I'm not sure what exactly the motherboard model is, however i do know that my PC is prebuilt and its name is Acer TC780. This might give some insight on the case and motherboard.

So I just recently got a new graphics card, and no matter what it just can’t seem to go in properly no matter what I do. Although online I keep seeing that it should fit. I’m not sure which parts are incompatible, whether it be my case, motherboard, or graphics card, or if I’m just doing it...
