Gpu Won't install drivers

I recently built a pc with a Rx 480 gpu. It has been working fine for a couple of months but when I decided to update my drivers it gave me and error and said something like the package is only partially installed general error 1603. So then I searched up solutions for this error and so far nothing has worked. Also my gpu also does not show up in device manager or speccy and instead comes up with Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. So now I cannot play games as the drivers don't work. This has gone on for a couple of days now and help would be appreciated.

Yes I have tri d the steps in the link below but I still get that error. Also what do you mean full driver setup?

PS. Every time I run the setup and it fails I open the log and only amd display driver fails to install everything else was a success.
