GPU wont let windows 10 to start all the way, hanging

GPU wont let windows 10 to start all the way, hanging. I recently got a new ssd and wanted to install it. Soon i ran into problems where it wouldn't boot (only black screen). After a while i wiped my HDD that had my windows on it and tried to install a fresh copy of windows 10 on it, without any other HDDs or SSDs connect, and i got past the black screen but now at a hanging windows loading screen. I took out my GPU (270x xfx dd) and restarted and it worked perfectly. I know that the GPU should work because before i installed the new SSD i had my gpu for about a year with no problem or problem with my motherboard or psu

Try running a linux live disk and see if it's actually a GPU or driver issue. Just because something worked before doesn't mean it 's not broken now!
