GPU won't start up

Hello,

I built a new pc around the gpu i had. Everything is fine and dandy but when i boot up the new pc it says no signal and the gpu's fans arent working aswell. It says no signal aswell when i connect the monitor directly to the motherboard. I tried the gpu with another mobo and there it worked

Can you list what you get? model number? don't just say 500W PSU, 8GB RAM, something like that.
