GPU won't stay overclocked in game

Hi, I recently started overclocking my GTX 1060 6gb to boost fps in Overwatch. I am using msi afterburner and the overclock seems to be working fine but it constantly drops back down to 1569MHz from 2100 or so. My temps are really low and my CPU is a r7 2700. I am boosting: power limit max, temp limit max, core clock +168 memory clock +600 (no artifacting or crashes)

Like I said this is only my second day overclocking and I would really appreciate it, none of my friends seem to know what's up with it so this is my last resort.

What are your thermals looking like.

and my thermals are around 48 to 60, doesn't pass 65 as I know some GPU's then start to limit.
