GPU won't work after changing the thermal paste

So I got some thermal paste today (Thermal Grease HT-GD660) and decided to apply it on my GTX760. I cleaned up the old and one applied the new thermal paste. The card wasn't dusty at all so I didn't touch anything else and closed it up. After pluging back everything i turned on the pc and everything seemed fine. Logged in on my pc and as I was about to check the temps on msi afterburner the screen turned black. Now the fans keep spinning but there is no output from the gpu. The pc works normally and the integrated graphics is working so no problem on that whatsoever.

Do you have a warrenty on it because I would use the warrenty I think there is something wrong with your card that you can't fix

I do not have one but even if I did it would have been voided the moment I opened it and changed the thermal paste

I don't know everything thats why I would say bring it to someone who knows how to fix graphics card
