[SOLVED] GPU won't work

My PC won't turn on and the GPU turns on for 1 second then immediately blinks off. No fans spin or anything. Nothing else in the PC turns on but everything has power as all of their lights are on. It's a 1 month old build

Specs:

GPU: GTX 1080
CPU: I7 8700K
RAM:16GB DDR4
PSU:600W SILVER EVGA
MOBO:ASUS PRIME Z370P 5×PROTECTION
CPUCOOLER:THERMAL TAKE 3.0 LIQUID COOLER

Remove the graphics card from the motherboard. Plug your monitor cable in to the motherboard video outputs and see if you still have the same problem.
