GPU working properly?

Hi I recently bought a gtx 1060 3gb that was used for mining at 60% for month.

I ran the uniengine superstition on high

fps min 30 avg 43 max 52
gpu temp in C min 55 max 82
utilization 99%

paired with i3 2120 3.3ghz
ram 10gb
driver 372.54
win10

I'm concerned if this card is operating within range? It is a single fan card, and those are the results after running it the third time which may explain the temperatures(what the seller told me)

he also told me to lower the core clock and boost the memory clock on msi afterburner

What do you guys think? Is the card working fine or should I return this card.

Dont use cards that were doing mining, in one year of mining they were used 4 years basicly.
As the seller told you that to lower core clock and memory clock that indicates trouble with card itself.
And you're using old drivers 397+ are newest.
