Question GPU works with TV but not with my monitor.

Hello, I'm having issues. Whenever I try updating my drivers, I lose signal on my monitor and I won't gain signal back unless I reboot into safe mode. When I try booting into windows, I lose signal once it boots into the login screen. I've uninstalled my drivers with DDU in safe mode, reinstalled and the problem persists. I even reinstalled windows. Is there a fix?
