Question GPU's core clock is so low and it's hitting voltage limit

So I was using MSI Afterburner monitoring and I noticed that GPU's core clock was around 600Mhz during gaming. Also it was hitting voltage limit consistently.
It was expected that I get reduced performance in gaming but surprisingly the performance and thermals were even better. I use +130 core clock and +400 memory clock which is nothing crazy.
Is that normal? Is there something to worry about? I've been monitoring these numbers for about 4 days in a row and everything was running as usual until today.
I'm running a gaming laptop with AC connected ofc with gtx 1050ti.
