Hi all, my name is Mark

I was looking at GPUs for my next computer that I plan on building in May

And I was wondering if you guys have any input on some GPUs that are coming out like the Black Edition Titan or the gtx 790 and which one(or another one that you recommend) would be better for me.

Thank You

Well, it's hard to say what's going to happen between now and May. Anyways, hypothetical 790s and Black Edition Titans are all undoubtedly going to be obscenely expensive (probably $1000) when or if they actually come out, so they may not be the best option out there. Then again, I really have no idea.

Now, if you want to talk about products that we actually know stuff about, I'd recommend waiting for the price of a good aftermarket 290X or 290 (eg. ASUS DCII) to drop to ~$550 and then get either one or two of them. The 290X's 4Gb of VRAM will make it a better bet than a 780 Ti for a multi-monitor setup, and two of them will give you no shortage of horsepower (more, I would guess, than your hypothetical 790 or Black Edition Titan). On top of that you get AMD's Mantle and, perhaps more important, Eyefinity - the latter of which would be a boon for a multi-monitor setup.
