I own a NVIDIA GeForce 1050 Graphics Card, and up till recently the HDMI port has stopped working. I don't know what to do. What cable should I use now?
I am stuck with the most god-awful graphics card: Intel "HD' Graphics 3000.

(it cant even run minecraft at 60 fps)

Ok this is a textbook issue with newer drivers. The fix is to roll back your drivers to an older version and you’ll have to do it manually. This is one way to do it: https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-rollback-nvidia-drivers-in-windows-10/

My NVIDIA Driver does not even show up in device manager!
(it used to, though)

No you absolutely do not have to buy it. A BIOS update is available through your motherboard’s manufacturer. You should be able to google the model of your motherboard and navigate to the support section for your motherboard. If you would like, just tell me what your motherboard is and I will provide a link for you to follow.

Ok. I plugged in the HDMI cord into the GPU's port. And the monitor remains blank. BUT, I went and downloaded the splashtop app on my tablet. The splashtop app detects the screen and shows me, so I go to the display settings and it says "Display from VGA" and I do not have a VGA cable! I do not know what to do... hopefully this ends soon...

Hi. Just open device manager . Show hidden resources. Uninstall all display adapter. Shut down comp. Take out graphic card. Reset bios and restart comp. Install Intel or AMD driver for integrated graphic then shut down comp. Insert your graphic card and turn on comp. Reinstall nvidia or amd driver.
