Question GPU's with quiet fans?

I'm in the market for a New Graphics card and I'm wondering what brands of 3080ti or 3090 have quite fans? I Currently Have a Zotac 180ti and you can't hear the fans on it over normal computer noise (mine is moderate to quite I would say. I purchased a 6800xt Merc but those fans were pretty loud when it rammed up past 20% or 30% while my zotac card is still inaudible under 40% or 50% fan speed. Any Suggestions?

Maybe grab one of the Asus ROG Strix models/SKUs ? I have owned an ASUS STRIX before, and the card was dead quiet even under load. Though, even EVGA makes good cards which have a low decibel rating as well.

And these are 3080ti's or 3090's? I know I mentioned those, but I would also be willing to get another 6800xt that is quite, but it seems like AMD cards run noisier than Nvidia's

Any card's fans can be made quiet with something like MSI Afterburner. The question is how well they perform at those speeds.

And that's what I was disappointed with in getting a 6800xt, I didn't see much performance boost, but I noticed a noise boost lol. Maybe I should wait for the next Nvidia line up or Intel's new GPU's. Hopefully they won't be scalped as much and my 1080ti can last that long.

On a side note, how long should 1080ti's last? I've had mine for about 5 years so that's why I'm pushing for a new GPU right now.

Depends.
Generally, the performance becomes obsolete(personal feelings) before the hardware gives in the towel. I mean, there's some 10 year old cpus and gpus still in use in machines today.
