GPUs working on 100% when idle. Why?

Hi,
I just build a new desktop for myself and even tho the VGAs are a bit old I when for a SLI rather than a single VGA. But something weird happens every time I go AFK, my GPU Usage goes to 100% for no reason. Any idea how to resolve this problem?
