Guys, I'm really new with this Graphic cards. I'm confused which card to get and what Brand such as NVIDIA/AMD. Kindly please guide me. I saved budget for long time. It's time to get new one and really worth it. Of course I don't wanna waste my money. I can afford the GPU first, then RAM. Thanks in advance.

Your system will bottleneck any card I give you(I had a E4300 running a r7 260x and that couldn't run it 100%). A r 7 260x will be ok for you now, but I suggest you Upgrade to a whole new RIG to get the maximum performance of that card.

The above is a good option, buy a decent card now then upgrade your build. When you upgrade simply transfer the card across. I would not buy a cheap card then when you buy a new build scrap it anyways, that is a waste.

I'm scared if something happens to my PC. Is it okay running SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 for awhile? Cause I'll need to buy some time for the next upgrade. What should I upgrade next after my GPU? Processor or RAM?

Games require atleast 4 GB of ram, if your board can, buy atleast 4GB of DDR2 RAM, and then leave everything else alone until you upgrade to a newer RIG.

first 260 is a good card but prices from US and philippines are very far. countering a $100 to phil. can only buy r7 250 1gb 128bit ddr5
a 740 is another option where your proc can handle it
and get atleast 4gb of ram . i would recommend to have a dual channel

Your system only supports DDR2, not DDR3. And to the latter who suggester a r7 240 and 250 those are crappy cards, an R7 260X is best for what you need now.

In the USA a R7 260 is within $100, this is the best shot for a within budget card. However, the 260X is worth the extra over the R7 260, So I would consider you save up for that. If a 7770 is within budget that is comparable and also worth considering.
