Grahics Card problem

Hello,
when i went to bed was working fine. Now my secondary tv monitor will not come up. Have Sony Computer NVidia GeForce Graphics Card Fx 5200. Tried to reset but when go into nView to set Device settings is locked on digital. Had been using clone setting with tv. but can't set to tv. Checked all Cables computer monitor works fine.
