Grahpics Card Placement

I am trying to determine where to put my graphics card. I know what slot to put it, just need advise on the placement. I have three choices. I can put it in the top slot but it will be close to my cpu heat sink. If I put it in the other two they will be closer to the power supply and its fan. Advise?

It should only fit in the pcie x16 slot, but you didn't specify what card you have.
