Question Grainy/Blurry Display

the resolution of my monitor is 1366x768 then I tried to change it to 1920x1080 then when I changed it back to 1366x768, it became blurry and grainy. i already tried the advance scaling settings and I also already updated my drivers. what should I do?

Which monitor do you have? Which graphic card? How is your monitor connected (VGA/DVI/HDMI/DP/Something else)?

The rule of thumb is, run your monitor at the maximum resolution they support unless there's a really good reason not to. You paid good money for that resolution, and font size etc. can be adjusted with display scaling.
