Question Grainy/Granules visible on desktop and then black screen appears and system restarts. What could be the problem ?

OS : Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K, 3600 Mhz
Motherboard Asus TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4
Ram XPG adata gammix d30 16.0 GB (8gb X2 sticks ) and tried even 24gb (8gb x 3 sticks)
GPU Gigabyte RTX 3060 12gb
Monitor LG 27UL500

I have been experiencing the grainy/granules type patches in certain area of the windows desktop. After this appears then the screen goes black/blank for few seconds and the system restarts.
I have updated all the drivers. Still the issue comes up every now and then.

I dont know what the issue could be.

PSU?

Have you used DDU to remove old drivers?

What about a different gpu to monitor cable/port?

PSU -> Cooler Master MWE 750 Bronze
Yes I have tried uninstall completely and reinstall the respective drivers.
The cable to the monitor is in the correct port and working properly.

Any other suggestions for the issue.
