Grainy video quality

I seem to have a certain level of graininess to my videos regardless of which source it is - whether 5GB video for an hour long video or 1080p on YouTube or 'Highest' on Digital Concert Hall (1920x1080). It's grainy. Why isn't it crystal clear like on my TV? Why is the video quality of the DCH video inferior to that on my office PC?

I think its your internet wifi. Your computer is more than capable of loading the video, but your internet is holding the entire process of loading the video. Check your internet speeds in task manager as you load a video of choice to see what happens, post pictures here in reply if you want incase you need more help.
