Well I think This is the best forums for Discussion so after the fools at Rockstar support not helped me till now [1 day]
I am asking here. :)

Man I thought I can add Attachments I need to Paste Everything.

The problem is I installed GTA 4 to my Pc updated it to 1.0.7.0 added commandline
-nomemrestrict
-norestricttions
and started rolling but what I founded that the games runs by stucking for a period of a second and then runs smooth for the next 4-5 seconds and repeats this process well this is ***. The best weird thing is it is running on same FPS on Low texture and High Texture wtf man. :pt1cable: Nice smiley. I am posting my Benchmark results one with low settings and one with high i have defrag my hd not worked drivers up to date.

I am also posting my Dxdiag.txt for System Information. and yes i have noticed that it runs smoother in 1.0.4.0 patch but since I have a Legal copy I want to play Multiplayer so I need to keep it Up to date.

One more thing I have just completed Ma Payne 3 yesterday it was running smoothest on Normal settings with tensellation on in Directx 11 ofcourse thats why tensellation was on. Not lagged in the whole game man.

you have no dedicated gfx card instead your playing off the all in 1 apu gfx. so your results are about rite... gta 4 is badly written and you best only patch to 1.4 unless you have online issues as it gives the best performance hit. the game is poorly ported to pc so unless you have a pc with 1.5 times the power of an xbox 360 its not a game you will be able to play smoothly. even at 12/10 or 7 you gotta remember the console version is only 640p and upscaled to 720 and because the pc and ps3 both have stronger cpu's rock* decided they had no option but to optimize it more for the 360 to save disk space. at the cost of higher cpu performance on the other 2 platforms. end result is pc and ps3 both gott buggy ports. as for your system...

seriously though you will be happier playing other games as gta 4 is a mess on pc.
