Will gta 5 work on hd 6670(ddr3) and AMD A4 3400 2,7 GHz?Its out but i dunno if its good optimized or not?

Btw i can run Bioshock Infinite on ultra in 20-28 fps, thats the last game i played on ultra and it worked ok.

If you have the money you should upgrade. From what you posted, your pc looks like its showing its age. How long have you had it? One of my general rules of thumb is that every 4 to 5 years I have to upgrade from my current pc and build a new one using the best parts available at the time so I know i don't have to spend any money on my PC for another 4 years at least.
I think if you turn it down from ultra to high you'll have a good enough FPS to play GTA V on. You shouldn't really play on ultra if you get below 30 FPS because we don't want to put GPUs under pressure.

I had that computer for 2 years i bought it on March 20 2013
Btw can i even run this game?I saw some forums, people say they played this on GT 430 in 30 fps (low)

Its never good to have low fps which in my eyes is below 60FPS. It becomes extremely frustrating when your game lags. I remember playing FC3 on my old build... nightmare. This is GTA 5 and the thing is its a massive open world game, so its up to you, but you may be getting extremely frustrated when your game starts lagging. Open world games like FC3 tend to have lower FPS than linear games, so if your PC can play a game like CSGO at good FPS, take 10-20 FPS of of that. Then decide whether you think that FPS is good or not.

I played cs go on my pc in 70-80 fps...btw my card is recommended for that game

Update:im now installing gta 5 i will keep you updated what happens...

Good luck!

So!I tried the game, on first mission (bank robbery) its running in 30 fps on low, but when i drive car with franklin and lammar i cant play it, its 12-13 fps and its unplayable...
Btw im buying r7 260x and my budget is very limited, but im wondering bcs theres 2 cards one with 1gb and one with 2gb, does that make any difference?Keep in mind that im on 1280x1024

OK, so 2gb vs 1gb. This is the amount of memory they have. So your RAM is 8 or 16gb. More is better in this case. Remember that a card with 2gb of memory will play smoother than two cards with 1gb each. A good example of more is better is the gtx titan vs 2 980s because the titan has more memory on a single card meaning it doesn't need to waste time transferring data from both cards before sending the input signal.

Now as for your choice of graphics card, I have to recommend the 750ti or 960. Its an amazing card with choice to overclock. I've played with itthe 750ti and its brilliant for older games but for newer ones check the 960. Search on youtube for videos on 960 fps test gta 5. I have to place nvidia over amd because the latest second tier card, the 970, from nvidia smashes the 290x, from amd. And if the price puts you of, remember when it comes to pc parts, you almost always pay for quality.

Yeah, so i changed my mind, because i have some more money im gonna buy r9 270 non x, and i know youre gonna say NO, buy 960 instead. But that cannot happen because in my country 960 is 250e and r9 270 is 160e.
But again questions...I have A4 3400 and will it bottleneck r9 270?I mean 3-5 fps doesnt mean anything to me, so thats not even bottleneck but tell me if its gonna be something like 10-15 fps.
