Grand theft auto 5

Hello I am having HELL time trying to instal gta 5 onto my system. So I bought the game from cdkeys went through the rockstar Social club “download for windows” During the install it ask me for my language (english) then it start just shut down while it was loading. I reinstalled windows and restarted this time when it goes to were it was shutting off it says “gta setuptool” has stopped working. It does this over and over and over what have i tried
Redownloding
Run as admin
Turn off antivirus/firewall
Reinstall windows 10
Turned on windows media player
Turned off one display(disabled) activeating the other
I’ve tried everything with this and it’s still not even installing. I have no idea what to do please help
