Please help me out guys, Thanks in advence and sorry for my bad english!

PSU:Corsair 450W, VS Series, VS450, 80 PLUS

Yes, I uninstalled the old drivers in safe mode with DDU (from AMD) and installed the new ones.

What is your cpu running at in percentages? (load) If the cpu is running 100% and your gpu running at 60% then your CPU isn't powerful enough for the gtx 1060 3gb.

GPU works at 1% and CPU at 80%, pretty strange.
In NFS Most Wanted for example with everything on high the GPU works at 45% and the CPU at 30%.

Depends on the game
Skyrim works smooth with everything at ultra 61~65 fps
Crysis works smooth at everything at max 61 fps
The Witcher 3 works good with everything at high 55~61 fps
NFS Most Wanted works smooth with everything at high~very high with 61 fps

Which Windows?

Just to point out, if win10, if youre alt tabbing out of game to look at Window's gpu stats, it'll show little usage because nothing is drawn on screen. If so, need to run Msi Afterburner to view stats on screen in-game.

Just looked in MSI Afterburner, CPU at 80% and GPU at 22~30%

I tried everything, Vsync on NvidiaCP and off on GTA V, Vsync off NvidiaCP and on on GTA V, both off and both on, nothing seems to work, tried half/ full/ adaptive.
Even it is on low settings or high/ very high settings have the same problem, the funny thing is that the old GPU worked good on medium...very odd

What driver are you on? 417.35 has issues.

Try this one. Im using this driver currently with a 1080ti and am happy with it. Its still a full driver just beta addressing some issues. Hope it helps.
