Hello, tommorrow I will go for 2 weeks to some friends what have an old computer. It's a Core2Duo 6600 with 6GB of DDR3 ram and integrated graphics. Shall I take my spare GPU( Geforce GTX 660) with me?, because I want to play GTA V on it. Should I give it a try? Thank you :)

Yeah, I'd use the Nvidia control panel to lock it at 30fps for the best experience. It'll likely drop below 30fps sometimes but on the whole it'll be playable I think.

Wouldn't the Core2duo bottleneck the gtx 660 ? & the minimum requirements state at least a Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz

I don't know. I don't think I could enjoy the game at such a low resolution (looks like most are running at 720p) and all settings off.

Feel free to try it but remember they might release updates that can kill performance and in heavy action it might not perform as well, especially in GTA Online where things can go from serene to chaos in a second on a full server.
