Grapchic card and motherboard compability

Hello! I'm thinking about getting a new graphic card but I'm worried it won't fit/match my motherboard. I don't know a lot about these things and I would be very glad if you could help me out!

My motherboard:http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H81MA/specifications/

My current graphic card: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt640/specifications

New graphic card: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-760/specifications

Will the new graphic card work fine? Please be kind!

Yes, the motherboard and GPU work just fine together.

Just make sure the PSU has enough wattage and power connectors for the GPU.

You can check for the wattage by looking on the label on the PSU.

The recommended wattage for a GTX 760 is 500W
