graphic 260 gtx problem

i have a problem with my graphic card nvidia 260 gtx i got horizontal yellow lines from boot i can't access to the normal mode so i go to safe mode and uninstall the driver for the graphic after that i go to the normal mode and i try to reinstall the driver but the screen

go black and my pc freeze.

Your GPU is most probably dying considering GTX 260 is a 9 years old card and that one is probably that old. Artifacts,blackscreen and driver failure are signs of a dying card. You may try to fix it by reflowing the lead on the GPU. Or if you're unlucky and GPU die it self is damage then just buy a new one and let your old one retire.
