I've been having artifacts in few of the games i play like bf5,black ops 4 and ac unity. Other games like Final Fantasy 15, DayZ, Escape from Tarkov and Witcher 3 do not display any artifacts even when put on low or max settings. I tried so far using ddu to get rid of the drivers and today i tried reinstaling windows. The problem persists.

System:
Ryzen 1600 stock clocks (never goes above 55c on gaming)
RX 580 Sapphire 8gb factory oc (around 75-77c)
Hyperx predator 2x4 sticks of 3000hmz ddr4
Asrock ab350m
Cooler master Masterwatt lite 600w

Edit: I forgot to add that i ran furmark for around 40 minutes without any artifacts at all.

Okay. Have you also tried to re-install all the said games on your PC, BF5, Black ops 4, and AC unity. ? Do a clean install from scratch. Remove all saved game profiles as well. You can also verify the integrity of the game cache files, if you have these games in your STEAM's library.

If you are NOT getting any artifacts in other games, as well as FURMARK, then I don't think there might be some issue with your PC, either the GPU or PSU. That CM Masterwatt Lite model isn't then very best of power supplies, and it's a budget entry level PSU from CM. The BUILD quality isn't the very best (third tier capacitors, Ineffective undervolt protection), and the OEM of this unit is Enhance Electronics.

But anyways, I don't think the power supply is the culprit here, since you don't always face this "artifacting" issue.

I tried both verifying and reinstaling Black ops 4, BF5 i instaled and uninstaled many times since i have a small 120 gig ssd so from time to time i put a game that i play most on it. Unity on the other hand i did not try reinstaling since i had the artifact happen only once so i took it for a bug in a game because we all know how bugged it is. I ran Both Final Fantasy 15 and Witcher 3 on 4K resolution to see if it will pop up there if i push the gpu further than usual and it didnt happen... Its really weird and it just pops out of nowhere. I saw it happen to someone else in a video while playing bf5 on a 2080ti so it could be said that its an issue with the game. A friend of mine plays on the same gpu as mine and he doesnt have those issues at all.
Found a video of the artifacting that i have. I also play path of exile but i never got artifacts in it, got them only in BO4 and BF5.
