Graphic card Advice

Hello,
I am planning to upgrade my pc finally for decent gaming ,but don't really know much stuff necessary to upgrade the graphic card .What I currently plan to buy is -

Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX (650 or 750) 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card or any better around for same price .

Below are my system config ;-
Motherboard - Intel DG41WV
Ram - Currently 2GB DDR3,I plan to add 2GB more.
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM)2Duo CPU E7500 @2.93Ghz
Power supply- I plan to buy a new one giving above 400 W,so any help will be appreciated in that as well.

Any help regarding this would be appreciated guys .

As far as your power supply, anything from EVGA, Seasonic or XFX would be great.

What resolution will you be playing at, and what games will you be playing?

As for graphic card,budget would be around 130$ and for power supply unit,50 $
And I plan to play some medium graphic demanding games along with games like Battlefield 4,Nfs most wanted 2012 ,on 1366x768 resolution (1024x768 will do just fine as well as long as it runs stuff smoothly)

A GTX 750ti is a great card for its price and performance at 720p. It'll run everything at high or ultra settings, besides a few games.

32 bit os barley uses 3gb of ram like 3.2 something in most cases need 64 bit os to use more. the 750ti is awesome but your system is getting long in the tooth would probably be better to just save your money and invest in new pc.

Aight,thanks guys,As for rest,i can just upgrade processor and motherboard later on .
