Graphic Card - AMDA00 Interface - Problems

Hello everyone.

I am sorry for my bad English (I'm Italian).

I think to have a problem with my Graphic Card (Sapphire R9 270X 2GB) and I hope someone could help me.

While I was using my PC (Windows 7 Pro - 64Bit), suddenly the screen became light blue.
When I restart the PC, the screen remains black!

The Safe Mode works.

Inside the Device Manager panel there's a driver called "AMDA00 Interface" (ID Hardware: ACPI\PNP0A0A).

The software seems already installed, but it says: "Windows is unable to load the necessary drivers. The device does not work properly. (Code 31)".

So, after a search on the web, I removed it and I tried to install again the right driver from the Asus website: "ASUS Probe II Sense Driver 1.0.1.0", but without success.

(the Motherboard is Asus Z97-AR).

I've also reinstalled all the Graphic Card softwares.

But the problem persists: always black screen on normal mode.

I choose to remove the AMDA00 Interface, but the situation doesn't change.

The only way to start the PC in normal mode is if I disable the Graphic card (so with the VGA Standard driver), and the PC turns on! but without driver video, of course... and without any error messages.

So this AMDA00 Interface problem is about my Sapphire R9 270X, right?

The real problem is about the Graphic Card, not the Motherboard, isn't it?


..any advice, please?

Go to amd and download the latest driver you may want to also remove the amd drivers you have installed .
